The current market collapse, bought to you by 30 years of deregulated madness and greed, might bring down everyone. That would suck but companies that don't rely on brain wash levels of advertising are in a better position to succeed. Who knows, with M$ gone, Novell might survive to become a reputable GNU/Linux player. If they keep playing patent games, they are primed to become the next SCO, slaughtered in the service of M$. Here's looking at the brighter future.
